It may be so last season but why did Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake split up? Are the rumors even true? Well, Jessica doesn’t seem to be too devastated if that is the case. I have never seen her as fabulous as she did on the red carpet premiere of her latest movie.   • Make sure to have a variety of physical exercises. It would be best to go out of the gym from time to time and experience some field activities too. You can go hiking or play some enjoyable sports. It takes the boredom out of working out.
  • The routines for Jessica are one that involves her entire body muscles working out all at the same time. This sets her cardiac rates up.
  • The diet is more on the organic selections such as nuts. She is also taking in an amino acid drink to prevent the workout from burning out too much muscles or protein. Jessica’s breakfast is composed of whole grain bread of French toast served with white eggs and cinnamon. Her snack is a protein shake that comes in mixed berry protein flavor. For lunch she sometimes go for a sweet potato tuna melt and hummus served with celery sticks for an afternoon snack. And finally for dinner time, she would consider a meal of spaghetti and meatballs. Usually the spaghettis are those made of squash and the meatballs are from turkey or chicken breasts mixture.

The Veronicas are the twins Jess and Lisa Origliasso. Just recently, a rumor started out stating that Jess is battling with anorexia. The truth is, basing from her figure, she is already thin to begin with and has been continuously losing weight. There have been photos of her that seemed to have flamed the rumors to a higher notch as she appear too thin these days.

The twins are originally from Brisbane, Australia and their singing voice has been their ticket to stardom and popularity over the years. The truth is they are already skinny and hopefully the rumors about anorexia about these sisters are not true.

There was one scene from Nickelodeon taped about a few years ago and the sisters have a scene where they were supposed to be competing for a burping contest. Unfortunately one of the sisters was finding it difficult to burp out and stated that she didn’t have anything else to eat on that day as she was on a detoxification diet. It seems that her detoxification program has taken too long and turned one of the twins to be too skinny already.

It seems that eating disorder is a common phenomenon among twins, just look at the Olsen twins. It may be a constant competition between each other and leaving no chances of being tagged as the fat twin.

Another newsflash on Jess Origliasso is that she is being rumored to be a lesbian. There have been reports stating that she has been seen kissing out in a dark corner at a M.A.C. party. When they realized they have already been spotted, they even granted the media with more show. The following day, they attended a fashion show and came in holding hands. The intimacy between them is undeniable which is why they are being rumored to be in a relationship. When this issue was tried to be clarifies through the spokesperson from Warner, they only told us that presently Jess is still very much on with Azaria who was out of town on a series of concert tours.

This 30-year old actress has been known to be skinny all her teenage life. This is why we were surprised that she was photographed sometime ago in a bikini and showing some unsightly bulges at the time. The media had made a fiasco over it but Jennifer sure knows how to keep up a good fight and lost all those unwanted fats which have never been seen again. The best part about it is that her figure is what most women envies, feminine and not anorexia-thin.

Whatever happened to the admiration over the wonderful curves of Elizabeth Taylor and Marilyn Monroe? When asked if how she manages to keep her body in good shape, Jennifer Lopez or J. Lo admits that she has a personal trainer in Los Angeles. She even started taking yoga lessons recently. In her younger years, she has put a lot of effort in rigorous workouts and training. But now, she focuses on helping her body, mind and spirit find a balance.

She has mellowed down when it comes to her workout routine but she says it’s only normal for women to feel such about themselves. There are times when she really feels like working out and sometimes she doesn’t but she never lets her guard down as much to make her grow bigger than what has been almost known all her entire career. 

Whenever she is asked about her diet, she says that she is very conscious about the foods that she takes in. She has a wide knowledge of what foods are good and bad for her. Although there are times that she becomes human enough and allows her self to indulge on her favorites foods. When she starts on a weight management plan or a workout regimen she definitely cuts the carb from her diet.

J. Lo is not much into following any type of diets such as those that rids of sugar or dairy products from the food pyramid. She even enjoys eating various foods but she definitely takes them in moderate amounts only. There are times when she overeats but this is not a good thing for her. On the following day she feels too sick and unable to work at all. This is something that she takes seriously and she is very passionate about her work. That is why she had been fond of eating foods in moderation.

She has never tried any type of diet before. She tries to maintain a very healthy diet and it has seemed to work for her very well. She states, “I believe in having a really well-balanced diet, a little bit of everything, and I think if you’re fit and healthy, your body will let you know what it needs. Healthy Regimen for Jennifer Hawkins

For those who are not familiar with Jennifer Hawkins, she’s an Australian celebrity who became famous after winning the Miss Universe Pageant in 2004. She had also been seen among TV reality and variety shows such as “The Great Outdoors” and Dancing with the Stars”. The turning point of her career was in 2007 when she was asked to sign a contract with Myer which is an Australian department store.

What made a mark about this celebrity was when she accidentally walked down the runway wearing nothing but a red thong. Her top accidentally fell off but as they say, the show must go on. It must have been a blessing in disguise as she made more news than ever if compared among her peers at the time.

In order to keep her body slim and fit, let’s find out what constitutes Jennifer’s weekly diet and fitness regimen:

On Mondays:

For the first meal of the day she prepares oatmeal with skimmed milk, a banana for snacks, chicken salad for lunch and a dinner composed of seared Ahi tuna steak, steamed vegetables and a cup of brown rice.

Her fitness regimen is composed of half an hour of power walk then continues on an upper body resistance workout in the gym for her biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. She prefers to have more workouts using resistance bands rather than spend it over weights. In this manner she is able to workout her muscles more.

On Tuesdays:

Her breakfast is a bowl of porridge blended with raisins and honey. She snacks on either dried cranberries or blueberries and sometimes even a combination of both. Her lunch would be chicken over rye bread and was advised to do so by her nutrition expert for she is suspected of allergic reaction to yeast. She also enjoys this meal along with a cup of grapes. Dinnertime would be a stir-fried meal of tofu with egg noodles.

Her workout for this day is concentrated on 45 minutes of yoga and Pilates. She states that it helps soothes her stress over work.

On Wednesdays:

She has 2 slices of rye bread and a banana for breakfast and also have the same fruit for snacks. At lunchtime she would have a tuna salad along with her favorite bowl of cashew nuts. She finishes her day with a meal of grilled chicken breast and char-grilled vegetables with a serving of low-fat yogurt as well.

Her workout routine would be spending 45 minutes of cardio workouts.

On Thursdays:

She starts out her day with fruit and no-sugar nut muesli. She favors mango for her snack on this particular day and have chicken salad sandwich on rye for lunch. For dinner it is a sinful takeouts from a Thai restaurant with some lollies which she shares with her friends while tuning in to their favorite TV show.

For her workout routine, she engages in a 40-minute power walk.

On Fridays:

She eats scrambled eggs for breakfast and eats apples over snack. Chicken salad sandwich on rye seems to be her favorite as she frequently has this over lunch. For dinner it is a serving of omelet, salad and a low-fat yogurt.

She tries to burn off her previous nights of takeouts with 20 minutes of jogging and followed with a resistance workout concentrating on her lower body part along with some abdominal exercises. If ever she feels too stressed she is likely to do some yoga sessions in the evening as well.

On Saturdays:

She enjoys a breakfast of fruit and no-sugar nut muesli. She snacks a small bowl serving of pistachio nuts then lunches on Chicken Caesar salad with dressing on the side. She admits she is more in favor of chicken meat than the red ones. It’s poached salmon with asparagus tips for dinner and a cup of brown rice.

For her fitness workout, she attends a 45-minute session of Pilates or sometimes she alters this with a cardio workout.

On Sundays:

She starts out her morning with a meal of omelet of cheese and tomato. If she feels hungry before the next meal she munches on strawberries. At lunch, she eats tuna mayo in avocado shell along with salad and finishes the day with a supper of stir-fried chicken with capsicum and half cup of whole-wheat tagliatelle.

She also considers the importance of giving her body some time to rest from workouts so she takes the day off and allows her muscles to recuperate from the strenuous regimens it performs throughout the week.

For a forty year old actress, Jennifer has certainly stands out among her peers or even with the younger generation when it comes to their body shape. Apart from the hours of workout Jennifer has, she also takes great pride in being a faithful follower of the Zone Diet:

  • The Zone Diet – over the years, Jennifer has always been faithful to this diet. This means her meal plans are made up of 40% carbs, 30% of lean proteins and 30% of necessary fats. She also gets her carb sources from low starch fruits and veggies which allows the body to burn fat fast and shape up to a perfect 10-figure.

Jennifer had started on the Zone Diet while she was still taping for the very popular sitcom “Friends”. It was an amazing body transformation for Jennifer as the results were very visible for only a matter of weeks. She used to have puffy cheeks, which was reduced along with her formerly more than well rounded hips’ size. Her body had never been more flexible as compared to her previous years.

The effects of this diet for Jennifer had made her stick to it for months and the fruits of her labor can be seen through her perfectly shaped hour-glass figure. It may come as unfamiliar to many but the Cabbage Soup Diet is indeed one of the fastest and efficient ways of losing weight. It’s a perfect way to get into shape in just a short period of time. This diet is not applicable for a long term weight loss management program but just merely a sure way to slim down fast in preparation for a grand event. 

This diet is suited for people who are in extreme hurry to lose weight. Indeed there are other varieties of weight loss plans around but they are certainly a bit hard to adhere to. There are certain factors that may interfere such as boredom and even discouragement if the results come in too slow.

The Cabbage Soup Diet should be followed for 7 days only and after that dieters are expected to adhere to a routine that would allow them to stay on their ideal weight. For one week, dieters should eat nothing but the recipes from a cabbage soup menu. The best part about it is that dieters are not restricted to eating only certain amounts. With the Cabbage Soup Diet they can eat as much as they want throughout the day.

On the course of this diet, there would come a time that you would feel it’s too bland for your taste which is why you need to spice it up by adding in some herbs or spices you prefer. This diet program lacks the nutrition the body requires that is why it is not advised to be adhered to for a long period of time.

To prepare this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

* 6 large green onions
* 2 green peppers
* 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)
* 3 Carrots
* 1 Container (10 oz. or so) Mushrooms
* 1 bunch of celery
* half a head of cabbage
* 1 package Lipton soup mix
* 1 or 2 cubes of bouillon (optional)
* 1 48oz can V8 juice (optional)
* Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.

  • Start by putting the sliced green onions in a pot sprayed with cooking spray then sauté. Remove the green pepper’s end, cut it in half and remove the seeds and membranes. Add it into the sautéing pot. 
  • Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut the cabbage into preferred sizes. Put it into the pot. Add in the bite-size carrots and thickly sliced mushrooms. For the fearless palate, add some curry or cayenne pepper.  
  • Season the soup by adding beef or chicken bouillon and then season with salt.
  • Add 12 cups of water then cover the pot. Set over low heat and cook for about 2 hours. Add more salt along with pepper to taste.
