Adrienne Curry is the first winner of the reality competition called the America’s next top Model which is hosted by the renowned Tyra Banks. There are plenty of cases where models followed weird and unhealthy diet just to look skinny or sometimes even skeletal. But the said ANTM winner is not of them. We are glad to know that she follows a healthy lifestyle to keep up with her good body shape. Having a good physical structure and a healthy body is very essential to every models since they are always surrounded by cameras and critics and they should always fit to all the wardrobes that they have to wear.

Curry’s Food Plan

The said supermodel is following a weight loss eating plan called the Macrobiotic Diet. This particular eating routine is one of the most popular and commonly used weight loss program not only Hollywood personalities but also by other dieters around the world. They chose to follow this food plan because of its incredible weight loss effect plus it also teaches dieters how to lead a healthy way of living. It is made comprised of eating food that are cooked less processes and was cooked in the old way

This Diet also includes eating whole grains like brown rice and grain products like pasta, and different kinds of cooked and uncooked veggies, beans and beans products like tofu, mild natural seasoning, sea veggies, fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, mild drinks and mild natural seasoning

The Macrobiotic Diet is truly a helpful and healthy diet that everyone can follow. This is more than just a weight loss program for it teaches dieters how to keep up a fit and healthy body.  It basically encourages dieters to eat less processed food. Plus this is also an excellent slim down technique for you do not need to deprive yourself from eating.

Along with her meal plan, the said model also works out five times per week with the help of her fitness instructor. She does some cardio workouts, stoning exercises and strength training.
