We are glad to know that she follows a healthy lifestyle to keep up with her good body shape.

According to the said model, Dieting will not work right if you don’t follow it properly. You will increase weight without following a fitness eating program. You could develop some muscles without reducing unwanted weight. For her combining both meal plan along with a workout routine helped her achieve her desired weight with the guidance of her personal fitness instructor that observes her exercises movements. These are very essential and healthy for everyone.

Curry is following a weight loss eating plan called the Zone diet.The said diet is one of the most popular diets used not only by Hollywood celebrity dieters but also by other dieters around the world. Dieters chose to follow this diet because aside from its weight loss effect, it also teaches dieters how to lead a healthy way of living. She has a variety of meal options and she gets to lose and maintain her desired weight without depriving herself. She eats right and she tried not to indulge herself with unhealthy and fatty foods. This diet is specifically designed to help you lose weight fast in a healthy way. The meals are proportionally prepared so you get a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%).

She also works her butt off working out at the gym for five times per week doing cardio exercises which she does on the stairmaster or the treadmill. She also does strength training and other firming workouts to maintain her body healthy, slim and balanced. She also drinks a lot of water to avoid dehydration.

Combining both meal plan and workouts whether outdoors or in the gym is the best approach to a fit and healthy body. It is the most suggested why for people who dreams to have a gorgeous body without starving yourself. Following unhealthy or weird diets can cause so many issues or could even cause death which is common for most models. Thankfully, considering the pressure of looking thin and the winner of the reality show, the said supermodel is not one of them.
