Jolie is following a weight loss eating program called the Raw Food Diet.This is one of the most popular diets used not only by Hollywood celebrity dieters but also by other dieters around the world.  Dieters including Mrs. Pitt chose to follow this diet because aside from its weight loss effect, it also teaches dieters how to lead a healthy way of living. She has a variety of meal options and she gets to lose and maintain her desired weight without depriving herself. She eats right and she tried not to indulge herself with unhealthy and fatty foods.

Although you might think that eating uncooked food is odd, so don’t indulge yourself with this eating plan unless you know how it works.. Is a very healthy and safe food plan that everyone can follow. It is basically comprised of eating unprocessed, organic and whole plant-based food. Meat should be at least seventy five percent uncooked. The premise of eating raw food that was cooked on a certain temperature so that all the important nutrients and enzymes in the meat will stay intact. But Pamela does not eat meat since she is following a vegetarian diet.

It is also comprised of eating raw food such as veggies, nuts, beans and fresh fruits.
