One of the Olsen twins Ashley has always been known and identified to be small! But early this year, many have been worried at how this she has gotten which led them to believe that this Olsen is suffering from an eating disorder.

She has been said to have a diet composed of salads, diet coke, a lot of Starbucks coffee and sushi. This is simultaneous practice with continuous exercise. But of course, these are but mere gossips. There were even write ups that states, this Olsen twin eat out and go straight home to exercise, making sure that no calories would stay but get burned up instead.  She would perform a series of exercises and lifts involving the arms and legs.

It was very alarming that, Ashley has dropped to 12 pounds. Actually, she has been seen working out by means of yoga in 2007. Since yoga is involved then this may be the real deal to her weight loss along with her aerobics sessions and walking routines.
