It is true that Cameron does not have any Food plan unlike other celebrities who are on a diet where they only eats limited types of food. Cameron does it in a different way. She eats everything she wants with moderation and she makes sure she eats only the right amount that her body needs to keep her going. She also said that she never missed breakfast because it is the most important meal of the day.
It is a fact that in order for a human body to function properly, you need to be able to charge it by eating healthy and right. But eating too much does not makes you extra stronger. Too much for everything have their own disadvantages. It is very important for every individual to balance their food intakes and to make sure that it consumes all the nutrients that it needs in order for you to be strong and healthy. And this is how Cameron doe it. She said that her body functions in its best possible manner when she eats right. She added the she eats the same thing everyday for a week at a time.
She also shared what she eats for breakfast. For her first snack of the day, she eats garlic rice; eggs, broccoli and either beef or chicken. And she eats the same meal for breakfast every day and she has been doing this for a month.
According to Cameron, her breakfast plan works for her perfectly. She eats the same thing everyday and it keeps her energized when she is doing some of her outdoor activities like snowboarding and surfing. In fact, she could go out for four hours without feeling tired and hungry.
She also added since she loves cook food for others, sometimes her friends and relatives would come over for breakfast. And they love it!
Alright then, maybe she really is gifted or god’s favorite and we are happy for her. At least we already know Cameron’s secret which we can try on our own. I am sure works for her; it will work for us too.
