Who would not be envious of Eva Longaoria’s incredible hot physical structure? Honestly, I do. And sometimes we ask ourselves if she actually do something to maintain her fantastic figure. Or is it in her genes or maybe god himself has favoritism. Considering her hectic schedule as an actress does she have enough time to workout just like other celebrities do? Do you want to know the truth? Eva longoria literally works her butt off to keep her body lean and sexy like she is today. Let us find out how Eva longoria does it.
One of Eva’s staying sexy technique is hiring her own personal trainer that guides her to all the routines. Patrick Murphy, Eva’s personal fitness instructor guides Longoria for an hour workout session that they do three times a week. First, Eva performs some warm up activities for 10 minutes on the treadmill or on the bike and emphasizes on strength training.
According to Patrick Murphy, each session that they do between twenty five and thirty total body workouts lunges with torso twist and one legged squats with clean and press. For example thirty to forty five second rest in between. Patrick uses equipment that test endurance while increasing strength and balance.

According to Eva longoria, that the result for these exercises that she has been doing for the last couple of months such as lunges, leg presses and squats have been more visible to her behind. In fact she said that she developed an inch of muscle in her buttocks.
Eva longoria also eats protein packed and hearty food for breakfast to sustain her strength after working out at the gym. According to Eva, she is fond of eating egg whites just like her mom use to make for her when she was still a little girl.

Eva grew up on a ranch in Corpus Christ, Texas and she was able to learn the importance of living in a healthy way by eating nutritious food such as vegetables and fresh fruits and healthy cooking, like Texas and Mexican specialties such as tortilla soup and tacos. And she also mentioned that if she does not have time to prepare meal, she still makes cucumber slices poured with squeezed fresh lemons which is one their specialties.
The actress also shared some of her weakness and cravings. She mentioned that chocolate-chip cookies are one of her weaknesses. She also said that she also craves for pizza and it is one of her body’s major cravings. In fact she eats pizza often-sometimes twice a week. I know it is hard to believe that with a body like hers, she can still manage to eat pizza twice a week. Who would not think that maybe god do have favoritism. Thanks to Eva for proving it all wrong. She knows that there is a price to pay for eating fatty food. Like Pizza! And how does she keep her amazing body figure? Eva works her butt off! |

Have you ever wonder how in the world a woman her age could have that incredible body? You can adore her but its fair for other to hate her for being so gifted with that amazing physical structure. And its no wonder either she has a degree in kinesiology or she use to be an aerobic instructor. But how does she do it?
