Eva Mendes truly has a remarkable body. Her looks and her physical structure are very appealing. She is the envy of most women and it’s easy to understand why. Who would not want a body like Eva’s. She is a goddess. The said Hollywood personality follows a healthy way of living to keep up with her incredible figure. We are glad to know that she is not one of those dieters who follow risky and weird diet just to look supper thin which sometimes develops eating disorders and sometimes death. The said Hollywood personality is following a weight loss eating program called the Five Factor dietDiet which is in fact one of the most commonly followed weight loss program not only by Celebrity dieters just like the renowned actress Julia Roberts, Alicia keys etc. and other dieters around the world. This is a smart approach to a healthy and fit body. It also encourages dieters to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This particular diet was designed and enhanced by Harley Pasternack who is one of the most famous fitness instructors. He had worked with so many Hollywood celebs. This diet is more than just a weight loss procedure. It also teaches dieters to lead a healthy way of living. Five Factor Diet which is comprised of high protein food, high fibrous food per day and dieters gets to eat five meals a day. It is also comprised of 25 min exercises per week and all can be performed using a dumbbell and a bench.

Eva incorporates her meal plan with healthy and effective workouts. She works out 3 times per week along with her personal fitness instructor. She does a thirty to forty five min cardio exercises and some moderate weight training. On different days, she goes on a great hiking trail. She mentioned that she does not have her own weighing scale but it seems that her body weight fluctuates from five to seven lbs but does think about that much. She has twenty seven sized jeans but some are twenty eight and she wears them when she is a bit weighty. She also has twenty nines which she considers as her normal size. She does not allow herself to go lower or higher between 27 to 29. For her, those are the only considerable waist line. She loves and she is confident about her body whether she is seven lbs lighter of heavier. She accepts her body and she has a great relationship with it.
