This amazing performer works her butt of to maintain her physique. It is very important for a huge artist like her to always look glamorous and flawless as possible. For those who wants to have a divalicious body like Fergie, you are very lucky because Carrie Wyatt, Fergie’s personal health instructor that guides Fergie to maintain her beautiful body and for her to have a healthy lifestyle as well. Below are the lists of Fergie’s daily food regimen.

Breakfast:

  • Six egg egg ehite vegetables omelet (along with hot sauce or salsa
  • Two slices of pure grain toast with a two tablespoon of less fat peanut butter

Early Snack:

  • Non fat pure organic yogurt mixed with two tablespoon of granola with lower sugar content. Like bear naked. This is a perfect and healthy combination especially for an early snack because it has lower sugar content and is high in protein. According to Wyatt, this combination also works along with a bowl of fiber filled berries. You can also use cottage cheese for other options.

LUNCH:

  • half grapefruit which is antioxidant
  • 4 ounces of shredded chicken for protein intakes
  • mixed green, ¼ of an avocado for healthy fats

All these combination should be filled with none fattening dressing. Sometimes Fergie roll the same ingredients with tortilla for better pleasure

Afternoon snack:

  • Light organic cheese. You can also use an ounce of jarsberg lite or a stick of mozzarella
  • Rice crackers (with flaxseed). You are allowed to consume not more that 8.

One her her technique is that she does not go to any food place without a kashi bar which is rich in fiber in her bag.

Pre-Supper Nosh:

  • A cup of pure veggie soup or sans cream.( contains 50 calories per cup ) A little amount can help fight hunger.
  • Carrots (dipped with two tablespoons of hummus
  • almonds
  • a cup of air popped popcorn

Last meal of the Day:

  • Fergie might have salmon which is very beneficial for her looks because it can make skin and hair shinny because it is rich in omega three. It also does not make you bloat.
  • One cup of whole wheat couscous. Fergie adds two tablespoons of chili sauce and fill if with twi cups of vegetables to put more flavor.
  • Grilled Balsamic chicked, salted spinach and brown rice can be another alternative.
