This Catwoman star has a healthy food plan. She is following a weight loss program called the Five Factor Diet.The said diet is one of the most popular diets used not only by Hollywood celebrity dieters but also by other dieters around the world.  Dieters including Halle Berry chose to follow this diet because aside from its weight loss effect, it also teaches dieters how to lead a healthy way of living. She has a variety of meal options and she gets to lose and maintain her desired weight without depriving herself. She eats right and she tried not to indulge herself with unhealthy and fatty foods.

The Five factor aims to stop counting calories, food measuring, carbs as well as time consuming workouts. It is comprised of twenty five min workout a week which can be performed using a bench and a dumbbell. And the best part of this plan is that dieters can have five snacks per day so that they won’t feel that they are dieting or deprived from eating.

Along with her Food Plan, the said Oscar winning actress incorporates them with other healthy workouts that credits to her lean and toned body. She starts her day by jogging outdoors. she also does some crunches and lunges. She also does some strength training workouts in the afternoon.

Combining both healthy eating plan plus body enhancing workouts is the best approach if you want to have a body like Halle’s.  You just have to remember that you need to be serious and eager to limit yourself with some fattening foods and you need to work hard for it.
