And by looking at her roles, it’s easy to understand why Halle Berry needs to maintain her hot body figure. Almost all of her characters that she played on her movies are sexy characters. She can only consume nutritious foods like fresh fruit and clean veggies and natural sugar. Halle works out at the gym for four times a week. She spends 10 min on the treadmill holding small weights. She also spends 10 minutes of the cross trainer and another 10 minutes on the step machine.
She also does 20 squats with her feet hardly turned out and back straight, bends her knees and her body lowered towards the floor. She stays in this position for 5 seconds.

Now, let us go ahead and find out what Halle berry eats. Starting with her breakfast, Halle eats Vegetable scramble (parsley, spring onions, green pepper, spinach and two scrambled egg. And for lunch, she eats salmon salad or a large tomato filled with tuna and celery. For snacks, she eats grapefruit and a glass of non sugar cranberry juice diluted with clean water, and for dinner, she eats chicken baked with garlic and lime and mashed cauliflower with pepper and onion. Or grilled lamb chopped with dried mustard, baked squash and sautéed cabbage.
