Isn’t it inspiring to see our favorite Hollywood Stars spring back into shape just a few months right after they give birth? Some of them may have some personal assistance from trainers, nutrition experts and the like but still you’ll learn a couple of things from these stars on how they actually did it.

Madonna – She is one of the fittest female celebrities you would ever find these days. At her age, she has managed to keep her muscles firm and trim. The fitness regimen includes about a week long exercise routine. This provides her that much needed energy to liven up the stage during her performances.

Madonna shares her secret and it’s a Power Plate machine. You can have a vigorous workout with this machine in as short as 15 minutes. But such piece of equipment is very expensive at $15,000. The good news though is that you may find them among gyms in this day and age.

Denise Richards – Denise’s dedication to lose her post-natal weight did not come easy for her but she did it! In just as short as 4 months she was able to shed off 30 pounds. Denise states that her regimen includes going to the gym very early and train with her personal instructor for lift weights and cardio workouts.

Reese Witherspoon – She’s one of the most adored women in this day and age in Hollywood. She was able to get in shape after giving birth for an exact 8 weeks. Just in time for her brand new movie role.

She took some Kundalini Yoga Classes with a very famous Yoga teacher Gurmukh. She also made it a point to eat healthy foods and perform as much physical activities on her free time.

Uma Thurman – After giving birth, Uma Thurman made use of the exercise plan that she had for her movie entitled Kill Bill. Amazingly, she lost 25 pounds off her weight in just a short period of 6 weeks. Her workout includes sword-fighting routines and martial arts movements.

Don’t despair that such classes are not widely open among local gyms. You may actually opt for kick-boxing classes instead.

Britney Spears – Admittedly Britney has put on a lot of weight during her pregnancy. To get rid of those nasty fats she gave up her most liked foods that are commonly fried prepared and cooked. At present, she has learned to love having a full meal with nothing but veggies that are low in calories. She also spends time on her most loved activity, dancing.

Jessica Alba – For her, she just enjoyed her favorite sports in the Wii fit Sports games including bowling, tennis and baseball. She enjoyed it tremendously while she loses the weight.
