Just like Jessica Alba, Jennifer Garner is one those celebrities who were able to get their original physical structure back after giving birth to her baby. I know that there are millions of woman out there who are desperate to know how these fabulous celebrities did it.

Jennifer Garner did not get her original figure fast unlike Jessica Alba. She did not lose weight instantly. In fact, she started doing some weight loss program after nine months. Her responsibility as a mother was her priority before doing cardio exercises.

Jennifer Garner’s Food Plan and Workout Routines

Jennifer Garner’s weight loss has been remarkably fast after giving birth to her baby girl with Ben Affleck. Even after their baby girl Violet was born, Jennifer Garner was able to maintain her figure. You can even say that she did not get pregnant at all if you look at her photos. I know that you are curious on how Jennifer Garner did it miraculously. You may even assume that she had undergone surgeries or took slimming pills to achieve her sexy body back. I am sure that you are thinking that it’s difficult and impossible. The truth is, Jennifer Garner got her good physical structure back in a healthy way without undergoing surgeries like liposuction or unhealthy weight loss pills that can be deadly for some people depending upon the body condition of the individual.

But look on the positive note. If she was able to do it, so can you. And the good news is, her food plan and workout routines are all healthy and safe. It can even help you have a better way of living.

Jennifer Garner’s Food Plan
Jennifer Garner has a 1600 calorie-a-day program. She eats it from five to six times a day

  • For breakfast, Jennifer eats egg white omelet or oatmeal with a side of fresh fruit
  • For snack, Jennifer eats slices of apples with almond butter.
  • For lunch, she eats green salad, steamed vegetables and chicken with mango chutney.
  • For her second snack, she eats a whole wheat wasa cracker with less fat cheese.
  • And for dinner, she eats grilled salmon in a citrus ginger sauce with asparagus and red leaf lettuce salad
  • And for beverages, Jennifer drinks a lot of water. She also drinks beer or a glass of wine occasionall

Jennifer Garner’s Exercise Routines
Jennifer exercises for 50 minutes, five times a week. But before she performs theses exercises, she does some warm up exercises with five to ten minutes of brisk walking on the treadmill to condition her body.

  • The first day is the Circuit Training and it focuses on chest, back, abs and hamstrings. This workout plan includes chest presses on a stability ball, reverse lunges, step ups and pull-downs.
  • On the second day, Jennifer does the Mat Pilates for core strengthening.
  • On day 3, she does elliptical trainer, stationary bike and treadmill for 40 minutes. She ends her cardio exercises with a five minute abs workout. But there are days where Jennifer only uses her 40 minutes of cardio to one machine while on others she spend time on all three.
  • On the fourth day, she focuses on shoulders, biceps, triceps and ips.
  • On day fifth, she repeats all the routines on day 2
  • Day 6 is for rest and recovery.
