Everybody admires one celebrity or two. It may be because of their beautiful faces and appearance but most of the time we admire them for their bodies. Indeed, we often watch out for their movies, TV appearances and red carpet premier and see up-close how beautiful they are in person.

The truth is, being a public figure these celebrities put some hard work into themselves to look they way they do. Though they may have some cheating moments from their regular healthy diet they make sure that they put back everything in order. It is not always about the cosmetics and clothes that they wear. It’s more of how they take care of their bodies that truly counts.

A lot of celebrities have been selflessly shared their weight management secrets and there seem to be one for each one of them. Here are some of your favorite celebrities’ diet plans:

Kate Hudson – Being the daughter of the famous actress Goldie Hawn, Kate is a star in her own right. When she got pregnant she gained 60 pounds at the time and needed to shed it off immediately since she had several projects lined up. She adhered to a high protein diet and combined it with a fitness program of weight training and cardiovascular workouts. In as short as four months she astounded the media and Hollywood with her great abs.

Oprah Winfrey – Being one of the most popular talk show hosts around the globe, Oprah, 50, has obliged herself to maintain a healthy figure. It has been known that she keeps battling with weight gain until finally she seemed to have found a workout and diet plan that works wonders for her. She gives 5 days a week for her workout which is composed of 30 minutes over the treadmill and free weights on the sides. Her healthy diet is composed of legumes, fish, nuts, fruits and vegetables. She still add some dairy foods on her diet but she makes sure that they are low-fat. Another habit that seemed to help her a lot is the after-six diet. Well actually it is more of an after-seven diet since she stops any taking in any kind of food when the clock strikes 7.

Gwyneth Paltrow – We have never seen her gained a pound ever since she started her acting career in Hollywood. I myself thought she was one of the lucky ones that have managed to stay slim and trim after all this time. The truth is Gwyneth has been adhering to a healthy eating plan much similar to Ophra’s diet. Her daily fitness regimen is composed of yoga sessions.
