We all know that Janet has one the greatest body in the planet, but she had her rough times as well and we have seen her encounter some weight issues. We also that she had followed different types of weight loss programs as well. Now this Pop icon has decided to share and she even considered writing a book regarding how she felt during those times when she was experiencing weight problems

“I’m really coming from the soul with it, and what I was going through at different times in my life and what possibly brought it about for myself” Janet explained

Just  year back, the said performer gained too much weight that shocked most people especially her fans around the world but luckily she has finally decided to lose pounds which she did. She lost 60 lbs after realizing that she is no longer happy with her looks. Janet said that she couldn’t believe what she is seeing while she was facing the mirror. That is why sometimes, she chose not to look anymore. She also realizes that she doesn’t want to stick to that kind of appearance. This is why she decided to indulge herself to a weight loss technique that would help her retrieve her old body back

After realizing that she is no longer happy with her weight and appearance, she had decided to start on a fitness plan called the Food Combining Diet.This is one of the most popular diets used not only by Hollywood celebrity dieters but also by other dieters around the world.  Dieters including Ms. Jackson chose to follow this diet because aside from its weight loss effect, it also teaches dieters how to lead a healthy way of living. She has a variety of meal options and she gets to lose and maintain her desired weight without depriving herself. She eats right and she tried not to indulge herself with unhealthy and fatty foods.

The logic of the Food Combining Diet is that most food should be consume together however some should be consumed independently or at a different hour because most food needs different digestion times. Foods have two types of enzymes that helps the digestive system to function efficiently. One is alkaline while some are acid. Both types of enzymes cannot be combining for it makes the normal function of the digestive system ineffective.  That is why most meal should be eaten during their respective time.

Along with her food regimen, she incorporates them with health workouts. Janet is a pro when it comes to exercising since she has been doing this for quite a long time which credits to her incredible curves and her trademark abs. And just like other celebrity dieters, she also attends yoga and pilates classes.
