For breakfast, she eats a cup of oatmeal with berries with three to four scrambled egg whites while she is working on a film set
For lunch, she might have a salad with a 170 grams (six ounces) of chicken breast or fish (tuna or salmon)
As for her Dinner, she might have Sashimi or 170 grams of petit fillet of beef or other lean protein with three small red potatoes and unlimited vegetables.
And for her last meal, she eats a handful of almondst or hot air popped popcorn.
