  • Incorporate Food Plan and Workout Routine with other Activities.

Jessica loves to do recreational activities. It does not only make her healthier and fit, but it is one fun approach to a healthier lifestyle.

  • Full Body workout routines

Jessica does exercises that concentrate to all the muscles of her body. Helps jack her heart rate up.

  • Food Options

When it comes to her food plan, Jessica only consumes natural clean and organic foods like nuts etc. She also drinks beverages with amino acids which helps burn up your muscles and protein.

  • Medicine Ball

Jessica Uses a medicine ball to do some lunges with a twist while holding the ball. Is very effective and it concentrates to all the muscles of her body all at the same time.

  • Food Regimen

For Breakfast, Jennifer eats a whole grain bread French toast with cinnamon and egg whites. And for mod morning snacks, she eats mixed-berry protein shake. For lunch, she eats sweet potato tuna melt. For afternoon snacks she eats hummus with celery sticks. And for her last meal, she eats spaghetti and meatballs with spaghetti squash and meatballs made of chicken breast or turkey. This is an exciting and easy to follow food plan particularly for those who wants to stay fit.

  • Other helpful Workouts such as Pilates and Yoga.

These are helpful workouts that encourage balance and stability. But these are slow-paced workouts so its better if you will incorporate this program with some weights training.

  • Essential Fats

Fat has been an ugly word for everyone. However, what most people are unaware of, is that our body needs fats too, but only the healthy ones. But the intakes of fats have to be balanced. Some with healthy fats are the ones with Omega 3 fatty acids such as coconut oil olive oil and even walnuts.

Incorporate, food plan and workout regimen, with physical therapy. Do not just concentrate on one exercise routine where it only focuses on a specific body part.

  • Cardio Workouts

According to Owens, people are too fanatic of cardio exercises. It is also important for every human body to perform weight lifting activities. He also said that the heart rate is just similar when you are shopping around the mall.

Rest is very important to every working body. It also needs comfort by giving it a lot of rest to recover and to recharge in order for the body to be active again.
