It seems that Jessica is finally getting back on the right track. After that very well rumored break-up of her marriage she has been seen to gain a few pounds…or so. In her latest pictures it is evident that she had moved on and gained back her beautiful slim figure.

Jessica has captivated the hearts of many ever since she turned into a head-turning babe again. So how did she finally end up in such great shape? What constitutes her weight loss regimen?

It is very obvious that she has exerted a lot of effort for working out and eating the right kinds of foods. Although Jessica had professional help from fitness and nutrition experts, she also prides her own contribution of discipline and dedication to shed off those unwanted weight. This is one formula for weight loss that has been around for so many years but needless to say it comes very difficult for some. The three aspects involved in Jessica’s weight loss program would not succeed if one is missing from the equation. Indeed, before a dieter can shed a lot of weight they need to set upon themselves that weight loss is a lot of hard work and the changes in lifestyle should be adhered to for most of the time.

Her workout lasts for 2 hours at the gym with her personal trainer which she religiously adhere to for 5 times a week. The well-laid out workout plan was provided for her allowed almost 8 pounds off her weight in as short as 2 weeks.

Alongside her rigorous hours performing lunges and squats, her diet plan is composed of nutritious foods. She dedicated her eating menus devoid of junk foods and sweetened recipes. No more chocolates and pastas for this well-trimmed gal. Her cravings these days had been directed towards a lot of fruits and vegetable consumptions. 

Her diet is also considerably high in fiber, low fat and low sugar in contents. Her meals are cooked only for a couple of minutes to preserve the nutrients from the ingredients. We all know how cooking can lessen the nutritional value of foods especially when they are overcooked.

Of course, it is but natural that people who admire the transition of Jessica’s shape would love to know her weight loss regimen. The truth is they wouldn’t find it too difficult to find but moreover, they need to understand how much discipline they need to put into it. Going on a workout routine should not be for a short-term adherence but rather a lifetime commitment for a healthy and an enjoyable life span.
