Just recently the said blonde pop star/actress has been the talk of so many critics due to her weighty appearance. Jessica Simpson started her singing career at a very early age and she was considered as one of the sexiest rising star in the industry. However, just like other celebrities, she has also encountered weight problem and is not very appealing for most people. But the said diva decided to indulge her to a healthy weight loss program that helped her regain her self-esteem. Keep reading below to find out Jessica’s new fitness techniques.

Jessica’s Food Plan

We are happy to know that she chose to follow safe and effective meal plan called the Zone Diet. The said diet is one of the most popular diets used not only by Hollywood celebrity dieters but also by other dieters around the world.  Dieters including Jessica chose to follow this diet because aside from its weight loss effect, it also teaches dieters how to lead a healthy way of living. She has a variety of meal options and she gets to lose and maintain her desired weight without depriving herself. She eats right and she tried not to indulge herself with unhealthy and fatty foods. This diet is specifically designed to help you lose weight fast in a healthy way. The meals are proportionally prepared so you get a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%).


Jessica’s Workout Routine

Along with her eating plan, she also incorporates them with other healthy and helpful exercises. She works her butt off working out with the supervision of her personal fitness instructor that guides her with her exercise movements. Their routine is comprised of workouts that concentrate on her arms, legs, but, abdominals and other troubled areas. The also does some cardio workouts buy running for forty five minutes on the treadmill and thirty minutes on the stairmaster. She also includes lots of lunges, abdominal workouts and strength training to help her retrieve her usual figure. She exercises for six times per week until she slims down. She also loves attending pilates and yoga classes for it helped her relaxed her body and her mind.
