She also incorporates them with a five to twenty five minutes cardio exercises such as running, stairclimbing, biking and elliptical training and another five minutes as for her cool down.

As for her diet, she might have a French toast with ricotta pillows for breakfast, A mix berry shake for her mid-morning snack, TexMex salad with chicken and black beans for lunch, Hummus crudité for her afternoon snack and for her last meal of the day, she might have Sea Bass with brown rice and edamame.
