Hours of browsing the net still manages to end up in zero info on Kendra Wilkinson’s diet plan. But it does however seem obvious that she is more into eating lean beef and stir-fried foods. At the mansion Kendra has been spotted on the treadmill and doing some weights at the side. No confirmations at how much workout she engages in but judging from her beautiful body it must have been 5 times of weight training per week. Maybe her passion for soccer also does the trick.
On one interview with Kendra, she admits that before meeting Hugh Hefner, she was formerly into meals of Easy Mac and Spaghettis while working as a dental assistant.
