However, the weight loss effects of Green Tea may not be as efficient as compared to others that would easily provide you of a fast and effective weight loss results. There are also some cases where dieters seem to have their sleeping patterns affected so it would be wise to limit your caffeine intake or simply consume the drink during the earlier parts of the day.
