There are a lot of benefits from Yoga and Pilates. You can lose weight fast and have your muscles in tip top shape along with a great metabolic rate.

Most celebrities who have tried these activities have considered it to be easier and fun as compared to other workouts and exercises they have tried. It also helped in increasing muscle tone and provides a better posture as well which is very much a necessity for their photo shoot schedules.

The benefit of yoga for celebrities comes in very handy when they need to strike a pose for a long time especially during photo shoots or some movie roles.
