Rachel has already started on a new eating routine according to some of Rachel Bilson close friends. Unlike other celebrities who were trying to look as skinny as possible, Rachel is happy with how she look like and I can honestly say that she looks terrific. But the reason why Rachel switched to a new diet is because she wanted to add more muscles to compliment to her thin frame. Some people are saying that the reason why Rachel is doing this is because she was preparing herself to fulfill her role for her new project. But we are not positive about this yet. But we are happy to know that she is not doing this to look skinnier but to be stronger and healthier. I can say that this lady is on the right track. Her body shape is already incredible. So what type of diet is she following for her to fulfill her desired appearance?
Even though this food regimen that she is cureently following is not one of the newest diet created out there, this program is still new to her because Rachel has never tried any weight loss program aside from her usual diet. This particular diet is called the Food Combining Diet. This Food Plan encourages several types of food group to be consumed by the dieters separately to be able to support digestion to their respective digestion times. Different food has their own unique enzymes that work differently to support the digestive function of the human body. – Some alkaline and some acid. When both acids and alkaline combines, it stops the normal function of digestion so they need to be consume on their respective hour.

This particular diet is one of the medically prescribe diet specifically to those who has health disorders. This food regimen encourages their digestive system to function right. Rachel follows a guide for her to know what to eat on that particular day. It also tells her the list of food that she can eat and the ones that she cannot. This chart basically works as a guide which makes it simpler for Rachel to know what she can eat that day.
Along with her food consumption regimen, Rachel spends some in the gym as long as she has a chance. Rachel does not have a regular schedule for working out at the gym because of her schedule conflicts. She loves to jog too but due to her hectic schedule so instead, she spends time hitting the weights for her to develop her muscle and definition. I am positive that Rachel will get the look that she wants by doing all the weight loss program that she has been doing such as weight lifting, strength training and her daily food regimen.
