However, now that she is starting to become one of the most wanted talk show host and one of the biggest personalities in the industry, she decided to start on a weight loss program and do something about her weight. We all know the importance of always looking god especially if you belong to the world where you are always surrounded by cameras and the Medias. The said cooking talk show host has tried different types of slim down eating techniques but none of them seems to be effective for her. Luckily, she found an amazing renowned eating plan that helped her achieve her goal weight called the Mediterranean diet. . This Mediterranean inspired eating plan is one of the most popular out there followed by celebrities and other dieters around the world. Many dieters chose this slim down routine not only for its weight loss effects but it also maintains your desired weight and it teaches you how to lead a healthy way of living. This amazing food plan for it includes eating fish which is comprised of necessary nutrients in order for our body to be healthy for it to function in its best possible manner.

The said diet is consisting of the following:

-breads
-olives
-Grains
-fish
-red meat (little amount)
-red wine (moderate)
-small portion of nuts
-healthy fats such as canola and olive oil
-fresh fruits and veggies.

Along with her meal plan, she also incorporates them with an intense workout routine. She goes to the gym four times per week. She is fond of jogging and does some toning workouts to help her flatten her arms enhance her butt and abdominals.
