Blake shared that there was one time that she had to wear short shorts and a bra for a certain scene and she has not done that for couple years. She was little worried because during the same day. She had burrito and pork. She even had coke for refreshment. Although this young actress knows that her metabolism is a gift from heaven she should still be particular with her food intakes especially the fattening ones.
Most people are supposing that maybe she is not careful with her food intakes but burn them off after by doing intense workouts. The truth is, Blake is not into any workout regimen as well. She is one lucky gal. People have all fair reason to envy her.
She also added that she had never indulged herself to any fitness program activities but she knows good felling after doing so. That is why she was supposing if hiring herself her own fitness instructor to guide to something that is new to her.
For now, perhaps it is okay for her not to worry about her figure that much, but when she gets older, her metabolism will change too and she needs to be prepared for it. This is why she should definitely hire her own instructor to help her maintain her amazing physical structure. There will come a time that her digestive functions will slow down and those unnecessary fats will stick to your body and it will require you to do exercises to burn them off.
