Snacks can include foods that have a hint of carbohydrates to support the body with much needed energy and combine it along with protein-based foods for an effective means of curbing hunger. The personal trainer for Madonna and Naomi Watts suggests mixing 4 ounces of fruit juice with the same amount of water. Then combine it with berries or a banana. This would make a 200 caloric smoothie.
- Go for Organic Foods – this is actually the latest craze in Hollywood. There are certain substances found in dairy meat and poultry that can increase the amount of estrogen in the body. In effect, the body would prefer holding on to fats instead of the usual routine of burning them. Moreover, non-organic foods contain pesticides that may prevent the normal activity of the hormones and this could very much lead to unsightly bulges.
