She usually wakes up before 5 in the morning where she has to be already at the gym for her daily workout. She prepares her tea of Yerba Mate ahead at night and refrigerates it so that it would be refreshing enough to start her day right. She prefers drinking this in the morning instead of coffee. She says it’s a good source of energy that her morning workout regimen would require.
In the morning, she heads out towards her meeting with a bottle of water mixed with lemon and a pinch of cayenne pepper. This warms her body up for the upcoming meals of the day. She also enjoys a hot green or oolong tea from Dr. Tea’s Garden. This was actually one of her secret source of slimming down before her wedding day. She even had other people convinced to refrain from coffee and have tea in its place since the latter has the ability to eliminate fats which is very contrary to the effects of coffee.
For breakfast, she starts on an organic grapefruit with a serving of egg white omelet with veggies such as spinach which is her most favorite and herbs. This recipe would not be cooked at all in oil or butter but instead have the pan sprayed with Pam.
For her morning snacks, she loves to eat TLC bars from Kashi’s that comes in Honey Almond Flax or Cherry Dark Chocolate. These are known to have low sugar content with a very delicious flavor to it.

At midday she goes out of the office and often had a meal of chicken breasts served at Koo Koo Roo. She discards the chicken skin and goes straight to the meat. She also has a serving of steamed broccoli as a side dish. At times, she also brings some of her favorite frozen veggies to work and make them in the microwave such as asparagus, cauliflower, spinach, green peppers and red peppers.
In the afternoon she takes another snack of her favorite Kashi bar in order to curb her hunger cravings until dinner time. This is a good way to soothe her sweet tooth cravings too. Aside from munching on Kashi bars, she also substitutes this for some veggie juice such as those made from carrots, beets, cucumbers, broccoli, kale, ginger and lemon.
During the late parts of the day, her dinner would involve eating in a sushi restaurant and have either albacore or salmon with a few rolls and sauce at the side. Whenever she dines out, she would prefer ordering grilled dishes like those of chicken breast and fish in the likes of halibut, salmon or hay tuna.
For desserts, she was able to successfully restrain herself from taking too much of the sweet foods and now manages to enjoy eating a bowl or slices of fruits in its place.
