It’s comforting to know that the girls of 90210 are finally shaping up. AnnaLynne McCord, Shenae Grimes and Jessica Stroup were photographed in their summer outfits while shooting for their TV series and they are very appealing in their new figure. It’s a good thing these teens are no longer following what seems to be the latest trend in Hollywood fitness or that of anorexic thin figure.

Indeed, they look a lot better now as compared when they were just starting with the said TV series. Let’s talk about how Jessica Stroup managed to get in shape.

Back in high school, Jessica admits she was anorexic for some time and wasn’t consuming as much calories that her body requires. She was too skinny and the pressure of Hollywood seems to make her lose more weight during the premier episodes of the TV series. Her working schedules made it very difficult for her to gain some weight. 

Luckily, she seems to be getting on the right track and has managed to acquire a very feminine curve. This is evident from the photographs taken of her during the prom night. There are even comparative pictures showing the wonderful transition her body took, from skeletal skinny to a wonderful curve. What’s her secret?

From one interview made with this 90210 star, she states that her goal is to add on more weight but sometimes her working schedule is taking most of her time. She admits being a workaholic. In the past she used to spend a lot of time working out as she enjoys the burst of energy she gets from it. She also feels weak whenever she doesn’t get to workout as much. This is what she had planned to change by eating out healthy foods preferably rich in protein. She prefers eating fish prepared as sushi rather than recipes made of red meats.  

Her workout regimen is composed of various yoga classes. She also enjoys a day out at the beach and playing around. This helps her get that much needed workout while enjoying the entire routine. 

She had started to acknowledge and respect the fact that the human body is much like a temple which needs to be treated right. When one stuffs in a lot of junk foods and sodas you never flush them out of the system entirely and leave something behind that can bring forth illnesses and unhealthy weight gain. At the moment she is one avid fan of organic foods. Her family knows what kind of lifestyle she has now and supports her by buying out some organic food supplies for her. She also wants to clear out that she is not endorsing organic foods but rather finding out the best dieting regimen that can actually work.
