Patrick Murphy, Eva’s personal fitness instructor guides Longoria for an hour workout session that they do three times a week. First, Eva performs some warm up activities for 10 minutes on the treadmill or on the bike and emphasizes on strength training.
According to Patrick Murphy, each session that they do between twenty five and thirty total body workouts lunges with torso twist and one legged squats with clean and press. For example thirty to forty five second rest in between. Patrick uses equipment that test endurance while increasing strength and balance.
