This woman is so amazing! How does she do it? A few years back, she gave birth to their child and came back in the social circle in just a short time looking slim as ever. Even before, Angelina has been considered to be one of the sexiest stars in Hollywood.
She has shown her amazing figure when she played the part of Lara Croft in Tomb Raider a couple of years back. To prepare for the role, she never missed a day of workout and adhered to a strict diet. In the past, she prefers smoking and coffee in the morning but lately she turned to a breakfast meal which includes veggies, soya milk and meat.

For her workout routines, she managed to keep excess calories off by doing street fighting, kick boxing, canoeing and yoga trainings. With all these types of workouts she was able to gain a lot of vitality and stamina which was very obvious when she played the part on the said movie. Her role required hard stunts such as sword fighting, dog sledding, spear throwing and bungee jumping. Whew! She actually did all her stunts in the movie and thanks to her routine she had enough strength to deal with it. There were many write ups and gossips that she has eating disorders. This was said to be the main reason for her weight loss which her representative strictly denies.
Her weight management plan for the movie can be considered healthy but Angelina had excessively thinned out when she underwent depression due to her mom’s death.
