Aside from her great vocal power for pop, hip hop and R&B songs, people have come to admire Stacy Ferguson or Fergie, as she is most popularly known, for her beautiful physique.
Contrary to what the tabloids have been saying about Fergie, she attributes her shapely body to a sensible diet and workout routines. There are no food deprivations for this great singer and no complements to the popular Hollywood weight loss pill.

Her diet is composed of low-carb and low-fat foods. She enjoys eating salad, lean meats and yogurt. For her meat choices, she chooses those that are of the leanest cuts such as fillet mignon. From time to time she dines out for fast foods and eats burgers, pizza and the likes, but she states that everything is in moderation.
For her Workout, she appeared once on the Tyra Banks show and shared her usual workout routine to the audience. It was religious resistance training with her co-member in the band. She also jogs, hike and does the treadmill for about an hour. No wonder she has a cellulite-free body. And even with her busy working schedules and tours, she manages to spare a few minutes to an hour using an elliptical trainer.
